How are you doing? Um, honestly, better because of our community.

It's been a rough, a rough couple months, well, two months and and but I've gotten so many

supportive messages about, uh, you know, my father-in-law and what we've been through at the

Sullivan family and I love, love, love how much support there is out there and I love you guys

and I really appreciate it. I don't want to be like Debbie Downer at the top of the show, but

you know, it's hard sometimes to manufacture. Hatchier. Like, yeah, people move on really quickly

and you're like, it's actually like right when something bad happens is actually somehow

a little bit better than a little bit after it happens because then it settles in and it's real,

you know? Yeah. So you said it. But and it's been a rough week. I don't know. It's been a rough

week in the in the nation and the world too. So we, we're still doing beauty though. We're still

gonna, um, bring you this show as, as we normally do and it's and we have that, oh, we have our

garden party. It's a, it's a branded segment brought to you by Crabtree, but like Jess and I've

been working on this for a while and we're really, we're really happy with our garden party. I'll

tell you that much before we do that. I know, I know we're going to take you to a happy place.

There's cats, hats, cats and hats, a bunch of natural tools. I listened back to after we

recorded it. I'm like, wow, Jess and I sound like we're a little bit trippin' in Alice in Wonderland,
