quickie. So, and if you are like, Tiffany, what does this story about beans? It's going to be

about beans have to do with my life. with me i promise that i will give you

give you the punchline what this has to do with you at the end so um we have been trying to y'all know

y'all have probably heard me talk about this before trying to get a better handle on meals we

my house but but i am the driving force behind

this when it comes to meal planning, meal prep, all of that, and trying to embrace my humanity

and the fact that I am a human with a body that needs to be fed many times a day in order to

be active and productive and

calm and good-natured and all of that and trying to make the healthiest decisions possible

for myself and my family. So one of the things that I've been trying to do is cook stuff in

advance so that we have like soup for lunch for the week

and vegetables pre-chopped and all of that. And we're also trying to actively eat less meat,
