Okay, so for today's episode I want to talk about something that's very new to my life, kind of an epiphany

that I had. So to kind of catch everyone up, we just purchased a home,

and this house is significantly bigger than the one that we previously purchased.

It's like almost three times bigger.

Yeah, so.

It's really, really sick.

So while we were trying to close escrow,

and that's like when all the paperwork and stuff gets done.

It kind of happened in the middle of,

so escrow was happening while we were away in Japan.

And for those of you that don't know,

we brought our one-year-old with us to Japan and that was...

How would you explain that?

Stressful. Very stressful. Yeah, it was hard. It was really hard. So it's like a double stressful period if you guys have never been through escrow. It's like it could be anywhere from a week to four weeks. Ours end up being two months because of like some VA loan complications but it's this

process where they got to make sure you have the funds the loan is willing

or the mortgage or lender company is willing to give you the loan for the

house and then the seller has to make sure everything gets approved and it is worth how much they're trying to sell.

So there's like all these parties making sure it gets involved.

So it's almost like everyone puts their terms on the table and then they slowly
