I just got through celebrating another birthday.

As you know, I had a birthday last week. I celebrated a lot.

I loved my birthdays. I was with people I loved. I went places. I loved to go. And more than anything, I thought a lot about what I wanted in my new year, which I shared with you in

my last podcast, about really being able to feel and know my own value, my own beauty,
