Yes, it's me. I'm back. The baggage reclaim sessions is back. Wow, it feels really good to say that.

It's been a while, it's safe to say.

It's been about 20 and a half months since I released what I thought was going to be the final

episode of the Baggage Re reclaim sessions.

I want to catch you up a little on what's been going on during that time and how I came to be sitting here again talking to you and also what to expect going forward.

And I was specific in saying catch you up a little because there's no way that I could go in depth into everything in this episode.

So no doubt I will cover aspects of what I talk about here in individual episodes as I go along but here

So as you may recall, I decided to end the podcast in January,

in January 23 and announced it in an episode and it was a tough decision in the sense of this was something that I loved doing and I had put so much of

myself into when I know that lots of people loved the podcast too. But as I said at the time I didn't want to wait to hate doing this.

Not to say that I would ever necessarily reach that point, but I knew based

on how I was feeling at the time and things that I was grappling with in my life that if I didn't take time out and really do a bit of a hard

reset in terms of work and figuring out how to show up in the world, that I was going to reach that

point of feeling some kind of way about what I was doing.

And I'd already had a bit of a taste of that with my publishing journey.
