We've got a lot to talk about in this coaching session and probably one of my favorite topics.

I really think of all the things that I have learned about

managing my mind, managing my body. I think the biggest thing that I learned was that I could go

out and celebrate socially with anybody about anything and not overeat and over drink.

And I will tell you that I think that the main reason that I have been overweight as long as

I was was because I believed I couldn't do that.

It's so funny because I just got a letter from one of my listeners.

And one of the things that she said to me is that she's learned a lot from my podcasts

and the thing that she still has trouble with is what to do when
