Hello hello hello hello. How are you doing?

In this episode, I want to talk about something that I think a lot of us get ourselves into a tangle about,

knowing the difference between disappointments and anger. disappointment and picture this

you're in a relationship and despite wanting to believe that everything is fine or even that everything is perfect,

you can't quite shake those niggles that something just isn't right.

And you're also, let's be real, somewhat aware that you're not quite being yourself in this relationship.

You discover that this person is messaging somebody else.

You see it with your own eyes.

And these messages are inappropriate.

They're definitely not the type of messages that you expect the person you're in a relationship with to be sending to somebody else.

Because you don't want to with to be sending to somebody else.

Because you don't want to admit

that you have seen these messages under whatever circumstances this was,

you try to get the information out of your partner

without telling them about that. So you ask them, you know, is everything okay between us?

Are you seeing somebody else? You know, you message, message in somebody else.

They poo-poo away whatever concerns you have possibly call you paranoid. Possibly say all sorts of things about you.

So you leave it be, but eventually you have to admit that you

have seen these messages. And after initially denying it and then making up all sorts of stuff and possibly even

throw in some blame around, they admit, yeah, they have been messaging this person and

it's been going on for a while.
