Honestly, Brian Whitaker has been a huge inspiration to me

for a long time. He only started competing and bodybuilding a few years prior to me, but he was

someone I saw as kind of like the people's champ. And he went round for round with Jim Cordova

back in the day in the mid-2000s, winning the lightweight world title at WNBF Worlds and

multiple times not quite clinching the win at the WMBF Worlds and then eventually did after

pure hard work and then went over and won the IFPA Yorton Cup title, beating world champions

to do so in both cases and bringing a level of conditioning that I would say is yet

unseen in truly setting a new standard. But the coolest thing about him, as 3D muscle

journey representative here today, is that he is a father first, an economics professor second,

and then a bodybuilder third. And he really breaks the mold

of the idea that you need to be obsessive and solely focused on bodybuilding to be successful

because he has achieved no higher level of success. And I would say he displays good. Obviously,

he's a gifted bodybuilder.

You can't get to his level without being it.

But he is by no means, say, you're Doug Miller or you're Martin Daniels or like your flex wheeler genetics if we want to go on the other side of the fence or the someone who

You know, he's got a propensity to build muscle, and he's certainly got the mental attributes,
