As a woman with a contraplasia, a form of dwarfism,

she not only embraces her differences,

but actively campaigns to highlight the importance

of creating fashion and design

for people with disabilities.

She's a writer, academic, activist, diversity advocate and lecturer.

I wish you were here, but you're in Paris. What are you up to in Paris? I have been here for a whole month

to learn French. My French lesson prior to this was in school, so 10 years ago, and it's been

such a treat to be here for all of August when Paris is quiet and to explore the city and to

improve upon my French a little. And what was that? Was that just something you've always wanted to do
