holiday which seemed to

pass by in a flash. I absolutely loved meeting some of our girls talk community when I was in Greece.

Thank you so much for telling me how much you enjoy the podcast because we do too. So today's

episode is a bit of a one-off. Before we jump into September's body and skin theme,

we're eking out that holiday romance with Love Island.

And I think I'm going to make a lot of girls, myself included,

happy and slightly jealous to say that I'm sitting next to everyone's favourite islander, Ovisoko.

I wanted to get him on to the podcast so we can chat about toxic masculinity,

representation of black men on TV, fame, relationships, basketball, all sorts of things.

you know, as you can probably expect after coming out of the villa, out of the house and whatnot.

It's been a lot. Yeah. It's been a lot.

But it's been fun. But you said you were at training today. Yeah, yeah. So straight back into basketball. Got to get straight back into the routine. You know, you don't want to come out into a situation like this. And all of a sudden, everything about you changes, everything about your routine changes, you want to try and keep as much things, you know, back to your normal routine as possible.
