Hi everyone and welcome to another body and skin episode. Today we have a friend of girls talk here to

discuss what it's

like to live with acne. Louisa Northcourt is the creator of Free the Pimple. She's an activist,

a Britain's next top model finalist, and she now works in fashion. Last year, she wrote a raw

and honest piece for us that spoke about her experience of acne and of the mental health issues

that come with it. I'm sure we've all tried to cover up spots and experience how they affect

our confidence. So multiply that by a gazillion and that's close to what it looks like behind the
