For me, like, I was always the kind of person who was always looking for permission from other people anyway. Like I, and that's still something that I know that I do. And I've worked on it a lot over the past year and with the help of the inner circle. But like, looking back on that now, it's so obvious to me why I sent you that email because I always needed somebody to tell me like what I should be doing.

And I was like the, you know, I was the person who I was like a great student because it's like they tell you what to do, you do it.

And I did it to perfection.

But when I was on my own and I had to actually follow what I wanted and like what was inside

of me without permission from other people or without, you know,

immediate, um, recognition or some sort of title that looked great to everybody else or like all of that external stuff.

I was totally lost.

Hey, hey everyone. It's Tiffany. Welcome back to another episode of Raise Your Hand Say Yes. And I am so excited about this week's episode. I am bringing on Brooke Monaghan, who is a systems coach, and she is also a member of my Raise Your Hand Say Yes in her circle. And what I'm so excited about with Brooke is that

she recently left her day job to go full time in her business. And I've been watching her behind

the scenes make this transition and then seeing what's happening publicly and how she's talking

about things and how she's talking about things and how

she's approaching things. And it's been really, really exciting to watch, but Brooke has also

been making some shifts with how she's showing up and things she's working on in real time.

And I thought it would be really interesting for us to talk that through for y'all from the

perspective of somebody who's just getting into things from a full-time business.

I know that a lot of times I do interviews and bring you stories of people who have been

doing things for a lot of time on their own. And they've sort of built up some lessons and things like that.

And it's one thing to look back and be like 10 years ago, I wish I had known this.
