There's something even more powerful than stepping out of your comfort zone.

And it's something that I recently found that completely has transformed the way I show

up in the world, the way that I expand my sense of self.

And really for me, becoming the ideal highest vibrational version of me, this is something

we normally aren't taught.

It's something that is the exact, not the opposite, but it's a different way of understanding

something that we've always been told.

And this one little switch, this one little way of thinking about it differently may make

all the change in the world for you.

And it has to do with understanding our own sense of comfortability, stepping out of our

comfort zone, but actually doing something entirely different.

And I remember back in 2017, when I first started making YouTube videos, I wanted to get more

comfortable with making YouTube videos.

So something that I did is I remember at the time I was feeling very self conscious because

I was making videos at my dad's house.

So this channel has gone a long time, podcast channels come a long time over the last like

three to four years because I started out in my dad's house sleeping in a little office.

I had like this, there's like this book, there's bookshelves and stuff and there was a little

twin size bed that I slept on.

I wasn't able to make like videos in that room.

I think I made one video in that room, but it was too cluttered and there was no space.

So then I started making videos in my sister's room.
