1:56.7	know, so it's, it's the mind, right? Because like, when I got into, into the real estate industry,
2:04.8	people like, why are you doing that? There's so much competition. And they're right. There's
2:08.6	so much competition in the real estate industry. But is that mindset that we don't even realize we're
