0:17.2	kind of lived the entire time within special operations and special operations command
0:22.7	has what they call soft truths or special operations force truths and it's kind of the
0:29.7	mantra that all of us try and live by and aspire to be. So what we're going to do is we're

0:55.2	Two quality is better than quantity and now on the soft truth three, which is special operations
1:01.4	cannot be mass produced. Now you could use in that and you could easily go down the kind of,
1:07.6	all right, well, let's talk about selection and support that again because of the mass production.
1:11.5	But that's that's a fraction of what this is actually getting after. I think I think we could
1:20.6	probably talk about more. It's it is more focused on kind of the training aspect of it. What do you
1:25.8	think? It is. Yeah. So true three and this is directly go to socom.mil. You can google the soft
1:30.6	truths and remember, these are applied for all parts of your life, man. Like this is not just for
1:34.7	soft guys. We're telling you how it is that we work and how it is that we, you know, what it is
1:39.4	that we value so that you can find a counterpoint in it and hopefully put it in your toolbox. So
1:44.1	special operations forces cannot be mass produced. It takes years to train operational units to
1:49.4	the level of proficiency needed to accomplish difficult and specialized soft missions. Intense
1:54.8	training, both in soft schools and units is required to integrate competent individuals in a
2:00.5	fully capable units. This process cannot be hastened without degrading the ultimate capability.
