Summary
Do you ever just want to shut off your brain and stop all your thoughts? If so, then this episode is for you.
Sometimes there's a lot of thoughts swirling around in our minds and we get so tired of thinking them. So to make it stop, we go and eat food, or do something else to distract us or zone out. This can work, and we can get relief from our thoughts but, it's not REALLY going to stop them. They will come back.
