What do you think you've had to do over the years to really work on your skills?

Like what skills have you developed or had to work on cognizantly?

Patience, patience is probably the single largest thing.

It's actually kind of holding my tongue and thinking about things a little bit more deeply

before I speak.

My emotional intelligence has definitely climbed dramatically.

I think being older just definitely is definitely hucks.

But also I've really worked hard.

I've spent so much time, you know, reading, debating,

understanding people, understanding how to motivate people.

I just don't think that that I think early in my career

maybe I treated everybody more the same. I treated work people differently than they

treated the people I loved and it got in my way I think my temper you know it got in my way. I think my temper, you know, early on in my career, wasn't helping me.

And those are the things that I actually worked super, super hard on because I realized early

on that it didn't work.
