This episode is episode 250. Yeah, I've recorded 250 of these. And as I was thinking about this journey of the podcast,

yet again I was reminded of... of the

parallels between that experience and life in general.

And so in this episode I want to share a few thoughts on change and evolving.

Something I think that a lot of us struggle with,

because we often see change as something frightening.

We see it as something that is going to be really painful and difficult

that might make us less of who we are, but actually change that is in our best interests

makes us more of who we are, not less of it.

And the best place to start really is with actually the year

I shared about how it was actually my husband's idea for me to do a podcast and that I had

some reservations about doing one, not really because I thought it was a terrible idea or anything.

It was just so unknown and I was used to writing

and doing the odd video here and there at that point.

And what that reminded me of actually it initially being his idea was that not all of the ideas, not all the the prompts to change come from ourselves
