I am so excited.

Today we have a special guest summer coming on. And I just

wanted to do a quick intro because I think this is a really important topic to talk about

because many of you listening are afraid that you're never going to get over your X,

which is a totally, you know, it makes sense why our brain wants to go there. I totally get it.

We totally feel you. and you're not the

only one. So we wanted to talk about today, what happens if I don't get over my ex? And we're going to

talk about a lot of different topics. But something that I find so fascinating that Summer represents

in this episode so, so well is a lot of times when we start the journey to getting over your ex. And specifically

for her, she, you know, she's done the get over your ex program. And when she started that,

of course, we look at goals. We define what we think getting over your X means. And I've seen it

happen a lot of times where Braveheart's think getting over their X means one thing.

And by the end of the program, they realize it's something completely different.

And it's even more profound than they ever realized.
