And I just think it's a really cool thing for new users, new listeners, new blog readers, new people to the website, people who are interested in our company and our coaching philosophy, what we do, so on and so forth, for them to use.

And what I'm talking about right now is a training and a nutrition FAQ, frequently asked questions.

So today I am going to record the training FAQ and then by next week

I should have the nutrition FAQ. And what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to transcribe this

into a blog. And this is going to be a Google Doc that my entire team has access to and we are

forever updating. So as we get good questions from new clients,

old clients, current clients, followers, whoever it may be, we're going to add questions and

answers to this Google Doc that we all share and every month we are going to update the website.
