0:56.2 | this emotional abandonment and abandonment in general and how this is passed down in family |

1:04.7 | So it's not even necessarily your parents fault. |
1:07.7 | A lot of times it's like you look at shadow work and it's like, oh, it was the parents |

1:12.1 | Well, your parents were not trained that way, but your parents went through similar energy |
1:18.1 | dynamics that the same thing happened to them. |
1:20.9 | So they're just playing out similar patterns until someone steps up and changes the pattern. |
1:26.8 | So it helps us have a little bit more compassion. |
1:29.4 | I look at my dad's side of family, my mom's side of family and there's abandonment on both |
1:33.3 | sides where they, my parents experienced abandonment and no wonder that then that was an energy |
1:39.5 | pattern that subconsciously brought out in certain ways that own level of abandonment. |
1:45.5 | So that's what I want to talk about in this episode. |
