Summary

#244: This week, we are reviewing one of my absolute favorite topics to geek out on: polyvagal theory. I’m sharing how polyvagal theory is an important vessel for getting to know ourselves better, why learning to regulate our nervous system matters, and how to start seeing where you can drop guilt, blame, and shame around your patterns.
