I injured my my QL, my Quadratus Lomborum, which is like a kind of big muscle that goes diagonally

across your back. And it was just a sprain. It wasn't like a serious injury, but because I injured

it, everything was just wonky in my back. So I was having all kinds of like lower back pain and crazy muscle spasms and like nerve pain and stuff. And I was like having a hard time, like walking and doing daily chores and improving my posture hearing you say this. Sitting up a littleer well i didn't injure myself more lumbar
