Hello, friends, and welcome to the Nugget Climbing podcast. This is Stephen Demett.

0:07.2

Unfortunately, I have a finger injury that I'm dealing with right now. Thankfully, it's not very

0:11.4

serious, but I'm out in Colorado trying some projects, and I tweaked a finger on one of them,

0:18.2

and I've been talking to Matt Heiliger to get some help through the rehab

0:22.7

process. It's been kind of unique and a different sort of finger injury for me because it's not

0:27.7

really a full pulley injury that I had to take a bunch of time off for. But it's also not one that I was

0:34.4

able to just climb through. It's kind of somewhere in the middle. So I know some of you folks listening will probably be able to relate to that,

0:40.9

just like a nagging finger that's maybe slowly gotten worse,

0:44.6

and you just don't know quite what to do about it.

0:47.7

So yeah, I figured we'd share our physical therapy sessions,

0:51.3

and hopefully something in here helps you out. We didn't really do a

0:55.6

comprehensive episode about how to rehab a pulley injury. This is more just Matt helping me through

1:01.7

my process, but we try to fill in a lot of the context around it so that hopefully it's applicable

1:06.5

to any of you who are struggling with a similar issue. And yeah, the way this is going to work today is I'm going to give you guys a free teaser to listen to so you can feel out the episode and see if it's interesting.

And then the full thing is available right now on Patreon for $7 per month.

1:24.6

I've got some updates for Patreon.

1:26.6

I haven't done one of these follow-ups in a while.

1:28.3

I haven't talked about Patreon very much on the free version of the show, but there's still a ton of

1:33.1

stuff going on over there on Patreon. I've been doing a lot of extras for most of my episodes.

1:40.5

Often I'll get questions from my patrons or from Instagram, and I'll do a short Q&A with my guests.

1:47.1

I've also been doing some personal audio blogs and talking about my projects and how those things are going.

1:53.6

And I've also recently been doing a mindset coaching series with Neely Quinn.
