Last week we talked all about feeling

our feelings in our body

When we feel all the lousy feelings,

Which may, for example, be joy, pleasure, excitement, love.

I know for myself, once upon a time I had three basic settings,

mad, sad, and glad, and did not deviates too much from there.

And now that I encourage myself, allow myself, support myself, just really go for it

with having all of the feels, Now I have all of the feels. So yeah, when I go dark, I go dark.
