Dan Siegel who you've all met and if you haven't go back and listen to the first

episode the first day launching this podcast was six months ago

and so what a perfect way to start the new year to welcome Dr. Dan Siegel back.

I am so happy to have him.

Of all of your books, which I can't believe I'm saying this because I love every single

one.

This was my, it felt like home, this was absolutely beautiful and I felt like you took the science

of child development and attachment and parenting and made this elegant and easy wholehearted book that is just beautiful. I don't I don't know that we need any more than this.

So, and I want to really talk about it

and talk about some of the parts of the book that I think would benefit everyone

to hear and I hope everybody runs out and gets it. So what I was thinking is that so

much of parenting we long to get it right and it's so

dependent on this small cluster of building box that building blocks that you know

will wire your child's brain and relationship for life and once you find

that groove with this kind of north star or intention you really beautifully and without the pressure of being a perfect parent went through.

So I thought let's talk about what is the most powerful thing we can do to influence our children's wiring outside of
