I've had this hangboard design in my head for years. It's super portable. It's the best portable

hangboard I've ever used. I'm obviously biased, but I designed it the way that I did for a reason.

I use it for edge lifting and training.

I use it to warm up at the crag every single time I go climbing.

It weighs almost nothing.

It weighs less than one climbing shoe.

And I'm super proud of how it turned out. I would love it

time we talked about how to climb on a training board, which if you miss that one was more

focused on light up boards like the moon board, board kilter board etc and this time we are talking more about kind of two sides of spray walls tips for setting one up at home if you have a home wall and ways to make that more effective in how to train on it and then how to get the most out of a spray wall in a commercial gym or shared space. It's kind of two different sides to that there. So, right, all of board climbing that doesn't fall under the light up boards pretty much, I guess, which is a lot of very different things. But I would also say, if you jump to this episode, you probably should listen to the board climbing episode too.

Yeah. Because a lot of stuff in there, I think still applies and a lot of stuff in this one will probably apply that. Yeah, we tried to make these complimentary. We're not just going to talk about the same things. Right. Without lights. Yeah. Right. We didn't come up with an icebreaker. What is the best spray wall you've ever climbed on. Ooh.
