And the topic of today's episode was unlikely sources of pain, specifically pain in the arm or

Maybe you think you have an elbow injury or pain in your forearm or you think you have

a finger injury that just won't go away and seems kind of weird.

Sometimes that is actually from the spine. So we talked

about a number of case studies that she's seen in her clinic where extremity pain is actually caused

by issues with the spine. We talked about how to tell if that might be something that you're

dealing with and what to do about it. And then we also talked about pain that is the result of emotions and stress.
