Welcome back to another episode on the Aaron Dowdy podcast.

I just got done recording this episode and let me tell you there was so many like it

developed an energy as I went but in general understanding emotional unavailability and

why we attract it and other people.

There are the healing process for this will really change your identity from the inside

out.

It will change what you tolerate.

It will change your values.

It will change like what you put you know a lot of times with emotional unavailability.

We may value what other people think.

We may value the approval of other people or that's a lot of times why emotionally like

people that attract emotionally unavailable people continue that pattern and don't end

it is because they're afraid of abandonment.

They're afraid of leaving somebody else or being left so they'll change themselves

and tolerate something that no one else would really tolerate.

Think about it emotionally available people would not tolerate an emotionally unavailable

person for that long but people that are also this is the key to this episode by the way

in order to attract emotionally available people you must become emotionally available.

There's a part of you that may not be if you're attracting emotionally unavailable people.

This is like the hard truth for me through this process.
