I hope that if you are currently living in winter, that you are managing.

And I hope that if you're currently living in summer, that it's amazing.

That sounds amazing to me. It's been pretty cold here for, you know, my, me being California,

then moved to Colorado transplant. I'm sure that people in Minnesota are like, oh, you have no

idea. But to me, it's been chilly.

I'm trying to learn to love the colder weather.

So this week, I wanted to dig a little bit deeper on some of the conversations we've been having

recently around systems and structure and routines and, you know, finding your way through all of

these different things and really figuring out what you need to do in your life to support

the things that you want to be doing and to really support the

person that either you want to become or that you're in the process of becoming or that like

you know is deep down within you. And that is something that I think about a lot.

And I think about how I experience it with myself and my work and in my life. And I experience, too, with just conversations I have and with my students and my clients and my friends, where they will look around their life and say, I know this should be enough, but it's not, right?

I know that I know that I should be happy, but I'm not.
