How are you doing?

Before I get into today's a rather juicy and probably this comforting topic, I need to say something that I probably should have done on the previous episode because it actually came out so close to the date

which is that on September 12th that 2021 in case you happen to be listening in the future, baggage reclaim,

so the blog, the website that sparked this podcast turned Sweet 16. Yes, I've been doing all things baggage reclaim for 16 years.

This is just a good time to acknowledge you for taking the time to listen to the episode and you know if you are somebody who

also reads the blog who is maybe a long time reader like last week I heard from people

who have actually been reading the blog since the very beginning which is amazing then

thank you thank you so much for your support when I first started writing baggage

reclaim I didn't know I'd still be doing it 16 years later. I also

couldn't have foreseen that I would for instance be doing a podcast or yes that I would

be having my first traditionally published book coming out.

Well, by the time it happens, it'll be actually just over 17 years after I started the blog.

So, happy sweet 16th birthday to Baggage Reclaim, which has given me so much.

And I look forward to many more years of it.

Okay, let's get into today's topic. So many of us are familiar with the

delusions of grandeur and lack of empathy that are the hallmark of narcissists and yes the narcissistically inclined.

You know people who are not necessarily diagnosed as a narcissist, which there actually

are not that many people who are, you know, diagnosed as it, but that certainly they clock up

a few of those tendencies on there and being narcissistically inclined

can be in a way as much of a problem as being a full-blown one.
