spring today. We all had, well, I had very, very, very, very mild stomach bug last week. My son and

my partner got struck down along with several grandparents and our neighbours. And I'm just glad to be

back in the world. Just going to the supermarket felt like a treat to get out of the house and see

actual humans again. And so, yeah, heart going out to anyone who may be dealing with any kind of neurovirus

for children. It is not easy. So in today's episode of the podcast, this is a topic that I get

asked a lot about. It is something that I know that a lot of people wonder about. And it's something that I think can erode our self-trust

and our self-esteem. And I'll talk a little bit about that in that. So the topic, in case you didn't

notice from the title, is how to tell the difference between anxiety and your intuition. And the reason that I think it can erode

our self-trust and our self-esteem is because when we have anxiety, it can, it can seem as though

we can't trust ourselves because we don't know whether something is the right decision or whether

it's an anxious thought or whether

it's really what we think or whether we're worrying about what other people think or thinking about

what we should do or what those expectations on us may be. And so being able just to trust

in ourselves and trust and our instincts and our intuition can seem

really difficult when we are anxious. Another thing that really comes into this, I think, is

perfectionism. So perfectionism can show up in lots of ways. It doesn't necessarily mean that
