Summary

In my last coaching session with my client Tracie, said, "I don't feel amazing."

Emotions Podcast 233

She had felt amazing on every call for all of our sessions. Till now.

She was sure something had gone wrong.

She thought now that she learned my tools, nothing would shake her again.

She was mistaken.

Life is just like that.

Her body wasn't behaving the way she wanted it too.

I think she might have been suffering more from her own thoughts than her own physical discomfort.

When our session ended, she understood a new concept that was most important.

Even when something happens that you don't like, it's still ok.

You just have to learn how to stay friends with yourself and hold space for your difficult emotions.

In the end, Tracie said best lesson ever.

After her first session, she came on and was interviewed because she had so many things to say

about her first session. And I wanted you to hear what she had to say. So she's almost done.

And the call that we had today was so interesting because usually when I get on the phone call with her, all she talks about is how amazing she is. Amazing, amazing, amazing. The things that she's learned, she's lost a lot of weight. She's had more aha moments that I can tell you. And the reason I put her on in the beginning on the first podcast was because what she said

is that she got her money's worth in the very first podcast.
