There was a lot, especially if you just go down like the checkbox of quote unquote success,

there is a whole, whole lot that was working.

What was that working was that nagging feeling that I kept having in the back of my head

that something's missing.

There's got to be more out there.

I am super excited to be here and also a little bit nervous, as you might have seen from the title title of this episode a very public breakup um i am

really excited to be bringing you this and i've got some fun stuff that i've been working on

that's coming that's here ah um and i will tell you that i put off literally off, I've been thinking about this episode for like three months now.

Sometimes episodes come to me really quickly and then sometimes I just let them simmer and simmer and simmer.

And this is one that has been simmering for a long time.

And it's finally time to record.

And I've literally been putting it off all day.

I just had to shut down my email, shut down the internet, shut it all down because I was like,
