white women can do to be allies for women of color. In fact, that was the title of the episode and we spent some time

with two very special women talking about the real action steps that we can all take to help

elevate diverse voices in the workplace and help our colleagues of color advance.

And it was during that episode that one of our guests, Judge Karen Ortiz, referenced a book that had really touched her in her life, that
