I really am enjoying my summer.

I am, I don't know about you,

but I am slowing down the pace. And this is what I learned about myself.

I am pretty busy for trying to be slower. And what I really realize is that I love everything that I do.

I really believe that I've created a life that I love and my work is part of my life.

And I really believed, believed with a D after that, believed that everything I did I really

wanted to do. So therefore, that's why I did it. But here's what I've learned about myself

during this pandemic. I was still way too busy and I was still wearing

myself down. And I wanted to do it so bad that I still wasn't listening to my own body,

which is exactly what I'm trying to teach you all the time about being the body whisper.

And here I am thinking I'm doing that and now realizing I wasn't even doing that. And the beauty of this

slower time, I'm not calling it a beautiful thing, but I am calling it that there are some

things that are coming out of it that have proven to be positive for me. And that is,

is that by slowing down, I've been able to enjoy the present moment a lot more.

And I've learned about what it feels like to just be somewhere without trying to do something else.
