Hi, all my dear friends. How are you today in the middle of summer? I'm getting really excited because I am taking a staycation because I'm not going anywhere. And all of you know I

love, love to travel, but not this summer. And my birthday is coming up and my

anniversary is coming up and there's so many things. But I am going to enjoy myself and probably

not go anywhere. And as most of you know, I'm also for this summer, I created my first signature group program

with my first group of people working my signature individual program.

And it is amazing.

That's a lot of what I'm doing this summer too with my vacation is I'm working with a group of unbelievable women.

And I'm going to keep you posted on their progress and the things that I'm teaching,

which is what I want to get to today. Because in my first class, and usually with all of my

individual clients, the first thing that we always do before we do anything is we come up

with a compelling reason why you want to do this work. And it has to be compelling. It has to be

irresistible when you're in the middle of a really, really strong urge and your brain is throwing a
