All right, guys, before we even get into today's show, which is a Q&A, but I am going to help you navigate through the holidays as well. So there are

going to be some holiday rants, but more so some strategies to make sure that you're not

falling into the statistics of weight gain, which actually are a lot smaller than you probably

think. There's a lot of rumors that people gain 5 to 10 pounds every holiday and yada yada.

Studies just do not show that that

is actually true. And I'm going to explain that. And I'm going to talk to you a little bit about

how you should treat these holidays to make sure that you're actually approaching them properly,

lowering stress, managing them, enjoying them, seeing results still, so on and so forth. So I'm going to

get into all that. But before I do, today is Black Friday. If you're listening to

this when it launches, it is Black Friday. And if you're listening to this late, but it is still

Saturday or Sunday during the weekend, we may still have this up and available. But I can't

promise that because there are limited spots in each category of our sale. And yes, we are having a

sale. So this year is going to be different

than any other year. Usually I don't really do a Black Friday special, to be honest with you,

because I'm a coach. I do coaching and I don't really believe in discounting our product because

what we do is so valuable in my mind. In the past, I have just done free calls. People get on a

them if coaching is right. They go through with it with me. But I never discount anything.
