I'm super excited about talking to you today.

I, it's interesting.

I started this podcast back when I was pregnant and you'd think that sitting and talking

into a microphone would be not that difficult even for a pregnant woman, but it was for me

because I couldn't breathe and I couldn't catch my breath and I kept having to edit my

podcast and take all of the out of the huge catching of breaths that happened.

So now that I'm not pregnant and doing this podcast, I'm loving it even more.

I really did enjoy it the whole time but it's so much more fun now.

It reminds me of when I was pregnant with my third child and I started teaching Turbo

Kickboxing at the gym and I loved doing that.

But after I had the baby I thought, oh my gosh, teaching Turbo Kick is so much more fun

without being pregnant.

So anyway, I'm excited to talk to you today.

This is episode number 22.

We're going to be talking about how to have more energy.

I don't know about you, but it's a topic that I can benefit from certainly.
