So I've been talking a lot about how to, like, feel good about yourself and the process of things, and my hormones, and you might think I maintain some sort of personality disorder because the last time we spoke I was like,

I hate my life. But that's not me. That's the hormones. And one of the other things that happens when there's so much estrogen in my body is I start to think a lot more about my outfits and what I want to wear

and how I'm going to dress. So I thought this could be an interesting opportunity to devote an

episode to the thought process of putting together your weekend, L-E-W-K-S, L-E-W-K-S,

looks. So it's Friday, right? You're at work. I don't know what you're wearing, but I'm assuming

that it's like, I don't know, something with denim and cotton and maybe satin because, you know,

denim and satin, real good combo platter. And tonight is the night, and you're going to go out, but I'm going to have Shabbat dinner.

So for my Shabbat dinner, what I'm going to do is continue to employ this denim mechanism,

only tonight it's going to be in a slip dress.

But you might go hit up the bars, and you might be wondering what to wear so my understanding about

socializing on friday nights is that they're the more casual night because the understanding is that

you had work that day you quote unquote literally can't even and so you're not trying to like

get dressed up and decked out to go out and you want to to look like you didn't try. So we're going to go

with the denim motif of casual Fridays. If it was a Friday night and I was going to meet my

friends at a bar, I feel like bars are the most fun place to get dressed for because you don't

actually have to put anything on, but you could also wear

whatever the hell you want because bars seem very much like a place of in transit. So if you're

overdressed, it's like the understanding is yeah, you're coming from a birthday party or going to the

Met Gala. And if you're underdressed, it's like, well, I'm at a fucking bar, so there's no such

thing as being underdressed. So it's a perfect, I'm at a fucking bar, so there's no such thing as being underdressed.
