And so, subhanna la, it's really important in this time that we remember some really important things about fasting.

The Prophet, please be upon him in this time of the year, either, you know, a little bit earlier before or at least now,

would always remind us of some of the virtues, the wisdoms, the benefits of fasting, whether it's psychological, physical, emotional,

spiritual, because on those days, it can get really hard, right? You hear your tummy grumbling. You feel
