Hi, all my dear friends. How are you today? It's a beautiful day here.

It is spring. It's raining. I got caught in a thunderstorm today when I was on my walk.

And I really had fun. I was a little scared about the thunder.

But I realized the only thing I could do was walk up the hill and get to my car. So instead of being afraid about the thunder, I decided to enjoy the rain because I was getting soaking wet.

And it was a warm day. So I actually had such a refreshing time once I kind of managed my mind

and decided to go from fear to enjoyment. So much fun. And you know, for a lot of you who have

heard my podcast over the years, know that I used to never, ever move my body, go work out, go play in the rain. It was something I never did.

And once I started changing my mind around that, well, I've become a walker in the rain anyway.
