I want to talk this week about what happens after you go all in, right? Like,

what happens after you raise your hand and say yes? I've got a book that I've been, I mean,

one of many books that I've been working on. And what it does is it takes the raise your hand, say yes process of really going after

creative risk.

And it breaks it down into before, during, and after.

Because I think that all of those need to be addressed.

And people don't typically talk about the after at all, which often can be really hard and kind of exhausting, especially if things don't go

the way that you expect them to. And I think that probably a lot of graves have been built over

the death of people's expectations. And I'm sure that all of you could point to times in your life when there's been

tension because of other people's expectations.

But I think that it's also really important to identify and consider the expectations

we put on ourselves and on the world to support us. So today I want to talk about what happens
