Summary

Are you waiting to have the Next Great Idea to get moving on your creative dreams? Are you finding yourself trapped in the either/or when you really want to live in the shades of grey in between? Are you wondering if you're *really* ready to step into your RYHSY life? Then this episode is for you.

I break down:
+ how I let go of being held back by the fears of failure, success, and disruption
+ what saying yes really looks like
+ my own story of saying yes that led me to starting this podcast over four years ago (!!) - seriously, it all started with my saying a single sentence out loud
+ a different story of a time when I didn't say yes and someone else made my idea real
+ why inertia is the biggest enemy around to your creative work (and how the Inner Circle will help you move beyond that!)

...and so much more! Also, if you're wondering if the Inner Circle is right for you (applications close Friday), have a listen - this should help you know!

Hey everyone, it's Tiffany and welcome back to this week's episode of Raise Your Hand Say Yes.

0:27.1

Super excited for this episode because I think that I think that I've realized recently that we are all walking around thinking kind of lonely

0:42.7

thoughts about ourselves and thinking that we are the only ones who experience them.

0:49.3

And what I have found, I mean, in my years of doing this work, but also just in the last couple of weeks,

0:55.1

is that the things that we're all thinking about ourselves and the things that we think make

1:00.2

us like exceptionally not enough are what we're all thinking. It's been really, really interesting

1:08.1

because I am, as you've probably heard, in the middle,

1:13.1

kind of nearing the end of the application period for my year-long, raise-your-hand,

1:22.2

say yes, inner circle program. You'll be hearing more about that shortly. And I've heard from a lot of people,

1:29.8

one of the things that I've been doing with everyone is trying to make people feel really comfortable

1:34.8

reaching out to me and asking me if it's a good fit. I feel really, I feel really strongly that my

1:42.9

job here isn't to just sell as many spots in the class as I can.

1:49.4

I'm on a mission to work with 150 women this year, and that is why I've kind of made that be my target number for the class.

1:58.2

At the same time, though, I want to make sure that the class is filled with women

2:03.1

who are the right fit for it, who are the right fit for me and my energy, and who are going to be

2:08.3

able to thrive. So if somebody has a question on whether or not they are a good fit for the program,

2:14.8

I've been like, yes, let me know, and I'll talk with you about or, you know, we can email and, um, or talk on the Instagram DMs or whatever that,

2:24.2

whatever that is. And I want to just make sure that everybody feels really comfortable about it.

2:30.1

But here is what has happened is a lot of people have been reaching out to me.
