Summary
As many of you know, I'm a licensed educator of 20 years and a mom of five children ages 5-23 years. For 2 decades, I worked and cared for children while fasting in Ramadan. But fasting isn't for everyone. Some women are able and some can't. Ramadan is a time of year when many women can feel left out. In this episode, we share our tips on how pregnant and breastfeeding women can make the most of Ramadan when limited physically.
