Hello and welcome to the ESG Fitness Podcast. I hope you are very well. Rather than tough truths

0:09.1

today, I'm still really struggling to say that. I want us to talk about a few empowering truths

0:17.1

and also some random observations which I've had this week. Maybe I'll start with that

0:24.1

because it doesn't really fit into the podcast. So I used to get quite annoyed at rude people

0:31.7

or like people with no manners. Like I don't know, it just used to aggravate me. I was like, why? Why would you not have manners?

1:43.2

It's got nothing to do with you, which is extremely

1:46.7

unfortunate for them, but not really unfortunate for you because you're not rude, so you don't

1:51.6

have to stress about that. And it's likely that they're just generally awful to be around

1:56.5

and not many people like them. So that's been my realization this week.

2:02.6

And I realised that this is probably really obvious.

2:06.1

And most of you are like, okay, tell us something that we don't know.

2:10.5

But for some reason this week, the penny just dropped for me in.
