kick us off? What do you got? What do you love in this month? Well, I'm loving. I've just started again the hydration challenge from our friend Danny Brufeld.

It is harder to do than you would think, but I feel really good.

And I had started this, gosh, last year at some point, and then I said her have let it fall away.

So I've started it again.

But my favorite part of the hydration challenge that she does,

and we're going to have her on coming up, maybe in February or March, talking about the

hydration challenge. My favorite habit that I just love, love, love is lemon water in the morning.

Yeah. And so, and lemons are everywhere here right now. Unfortunately, I lost my lemon tree this year, but lemons are everywhere in Arizona. So I have a big bag of lemons. I cut a lemon in half, squeeze the fresh lemon juice in there. And then on the hydration challenge, Danny has you add chia seeds and a pinch of salt. She's so into this.
