It just came to me in that moment and I just went with it. Well, we were talking

a little bit last week. We were talking about effective communication, especially during COVID.

And at the end of the podcast, we started talking about sex because sex in any healthy

relationship has to be there. And so I think we were talking about communication,

because I think if you aren't having healthy communication, you can hear my hesitancy,

even in talking about this. But if you're not having healthy communication about sex,

there is no way I think you can have healthy communication about anything else.

I honestly believe that.

Interesting that you say like even, let's go back a little bit further, even where you talk

about the hesitancy of your voice and talking about it.
