Welcome back to another episode on Into the Vortex with Aaron Dowdy.

On this episode which I already recorded, it was a little bit of a shorter episode than

normal.

And in this episode, I'm going to be sharing with you the practical side of what it means

to be in 5D level of consciousness, which is a shift that is happening right now on the

planet.

Maybe you can feel it, but a lot of the old systems are falling apart because it was built

on a false foundation.

And there's a lot of power dynamics that are falling apart.

And there's a new energy here that has been here for a while, but it's beginning to grow.

And you'll notice that synchronicity begins to increase.

You'll notice that there's a certain level of integrity and authenticity that is actually

required now.

And in this episode, I want to share with you how we shift between these three to 5D levels

of consciousness throughout our day, understanding as well that 5D is not a place you go.

When I went through my awakening 2012, I literally misinterpreted this energy as like, oh,

we're going to some other place.

No, it's a level of consciousness.
