Summary

When you feel an urge to binge, you might think that a binge is inevitable, that there is nothing you can do but binge. But, that's not actually true. There IS something you can do.

 

In this episode, I'm going to explain why you can NOT binge eat even when you're feeling an urge to do it. You have more control over what you eat than you might think.
